We will arrange an exchange or issue a store credit within seven days of the original purchase. All exchanges must be accompanied by the original package and sales slip. Unfortunately, we will not be able to give cash or credit card refunds. In addition, items which show signs of wear, were specially engraved, or custom ordered are not exchangeable.
